And then some…
1Write Girl lives in central California
where she writes fiction, creative nonfiction, children’s books and poetry — just about anything, really. She has held (with varying degrees of reluctance) numerous jobs over the years, including but not limited to research assistant, secretary, college instructor, pre-school teacher, tutor/mentor of teens within the juvenile justice system, and bartender. Somewhere along the way she acquired a B.A in French and a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology. She lives with her sweetheart, her teenage son and their mentally challenged but adorable canine Mugsy. She hopes you will enjoy perusing her unpublished musings as well as the pieces that have skidded their way into the formal public domain.

this is for ‘the keeper’.
i really hope
it is not a goodbye
not long ago
we said hallo
exchanging words
and worlds
discovering
something new
about ourselves
about the world
and about the words
as the world
was created
by words
utterd into silance
so this world
as we know it
will end
when your words
will be absent
by the keeper of your world
i will stand
in hope
you might come again.
Blessings on your way dear girl
D!

Excellent. But judgments, of any sort, are most useless idols. I feel your poems, your writing, inside my ear, pleasing to receive. That’s more to the point. I’ve read through all on your initial page here, and thank you for all of it. Enough for one plate tonight. I’ll be back.

Wow, there are a LOT of poems on here. I got here because one of those poems was listed as ‘possibly related to a poem of mine’. I don’t really see the link, but I’m glad I found the site! I’ll be browsing it when I have some more time, but what I read looks really good.
